Our Leadership Team
In addition to their standard expectations as a guide, several of our guides take upon themselves additional roles and responsibilities to help ensure the smooth operation of SC Outfitters. Together, they make up our leadership team and manage our website, public relations, training, finances, gear, membership program, and other aspects of our organization.
Catherine Cai | President
As our President, Catherine Cai is responsible for defining the vision for our organization to venture forward and supervises the Leadership Team.
Christine Sur | Vice-President
As Vice-President, Christine Sur is in charge of supervising the guides and operations of SC Outfitters.
Cody Nelson | Trips Director
As the Trips Director, Cody Nelson works with the guides to help the plan and organize the adventures we lead, and ensures they have the support they need for a successful trip.

As the Training Director, Georg Ristock helps coordinate the training sessions and leadership retreats in order to advance the skills of each and every guide.
