Conner is in his second year at USC currently pursuing a major in International Relations (Global Business) and a minor in Jazz Studies. After attending USC for a year beginning in Fall 2010, Conner took a two-year leave of absence during which he served as a volunteer missionary for his church in northern Brazil. Now, he’s just a really old (but wise) junior.
Growing up in Oregon, Conner was first exposed to the joys of the outdoors through his family’s semi-frequent summer camping trips, mountain biking by day and eating Twinkies by night. He began camping and backpacking more often through Boy Scouts and soon developed a profound love for sleeping under tarps during rainstorms, avoiding hypothermia in snow caves, and fending off wild animals with nothing but a half-eaten Clif bar and a space blanket.
He was a member of his high school’s lacrosse and water polo teams, and recreationally dabbles in most sports today, except shin kicking. Additionally, he fancies any social get together that features cereal, and successfully incorporated Cinnamon Toast Crunch into his EVK breakfast, lunch, and dinner diet for the entirety of his freshman year.
If you are keen on discovering good, new music, you’ll most definitely be friends with Conner. If not, you’ll still probably get along just fine.
