Connor Jackson is the current president of SC Outfitters. He is a double major (Business/Environmental Studies) and began his studies in the fall of 2010. Since that time, he has been active in outdoor adventure. He was the Administrative Liaison for SC Outfitters in 2010-2011 and was responsible for keeping in contact with the USC administration to help secure the continuing success of the program.
Since his time with SC Outfitters, Connor has participated in the NOLS WMI Wilderness First Aid program, as well as a 30-day intensive Outdoor Educator program in the Absaroka Wildernes. During this time he became a Wilderness First Responder. In his free time, Connor enjoys running, SCUBA diving, and backpacking. He currently has an interest in rock climbing and hopes to gain expertise in the activity. During his tenure as president, Connor hopes to continue to bolster the membership of the organization, has secured better transportation, and has created a WFR program for the outdoor community at USC.
Connor can also ride a unicycle. If you see him slacklining in the quad, JOIN HIM.
