Mark grew up on the East Coast, in Richmond, Virginia, spending his time fishing, playing soccer, and relaxing in the sands of the Outer Banks. However, he always wanted to add some serious spice to his life, so he did. He moved across the country, with hopes of dipping his toes in the Pacific.
As soon as Mark landed in LA, he went straight to the beach, not just any beach, but Venice Beach. Mark didn’t know it at the time, but he had found one of California’s birthmarks, a unique venue characterized by its rich art history, premier cuisine, world class skate park, and mediocre waves. This was the start of what would be a journey around the city, exploring all it had to offer, whether it be in the wilderness or in the streets.
Mark is currently a sophomore studying mechanical engineering and minoring in cinematic arts. Talk to him about music, talk to him about coffee table books, and maybe even talk to him about celebrities (he once found himself shopping alongside Kelly Ripa).
