Start: 10/05/2018 End:10/07/2018
Difficulty: A challenging 14 mile hike with 3,356 feet of elevation gain. Previous hiking experience recommended!
We’ll leave USC Friday morning and drive up to the Keogh Hot Springs in the Eastern Sierras, hang out in the thermal pools, and camp near the water. Bright and early, we’ll head to the Big Pine North Fork Trailhead, beginning the 14 mile loop which passes by several stunning glacier fed lakes. We’ll have lunch on the trail, complete our hike, and then join the rest of the SCOutfitters crew at basecamp in the Alabama Hills. We’ll head back to campus on Sunday, returning no later than 4pm.
Contact us if you have any questions!
