Hello fairies and mermaids, dragons and unicorns alike~
It’s that magical time of year when leaves are changing [somewhere] and the sun feels like it’s hitting you at that perfect angle so it comes right into your chest and makes you feel warm and lovely inside. It’s the time when squashes are plentiful and nubbly and funny-looking, and everything is pumpkin flavored, and your hands cry out to hold a warm mug in between them. The sunsets are extra majestic and extra early, and we sink into nighttime more and more easily. It’s fall.
We feel you. That’s why we’re adventuring on down the road to Santa Monica. We see this lovely season happening around us every day, but we want to feel it with all of our senses and really soak it in before it’s gone and snow is on the ground (or palm fronds or whatever… we’re not from LA). Join us for a soothing afternoon of yoga, warm fall beverages, some running in the dancing rods of light, perhaps dancing, pretending we’re wood nymphs (who accidentally got lost on the beach(?)), chatting, not chatting, and the silent wonder of a sunset on this strange forever-summer coast.
No experience necessary! Just bring your free spirit, a mat if you have one, tennis shoes if you dig that, and always a sweater(:
SO much love, Martha and Afton
