Come join guides Connor Jackson, Christine Anderson, and Danny Coorsh as we take on the cold atop Mt. San Jacinto, the second-tallest peak in the Southern California region.
We will be taking the Aerial Tramway to the summit of Mt. San Jacinto on Friday, whereupon we will snowshoe a few miles to our basecamp. The following two days will be spent snowshoeing and exploring around the summit of San Jacinto. If you have never snowshoed before, this one is for you!

This trip requires adequate insulation and rain protection, along with a basic knowledge of backpacking.
Costs included on the trip:
Aerial Tramway tickets, snowshoe rentals, food, transportation, and permits. Everything you need to go snowshoeing!
Meet: Saturday, February 25, at 8 AM outside of Trojan Grounds.
Return: Sunday, February 26, at night.
Pre-Trip Meeting: Wednesday, February 8, at 9 PM at the VKC Courtyard
Cost: $120.00 (includes snowshoe rental and Aerial Tramway tickets)
We will discuss everything you need to bring in the pre-trip meeting! You MUST have waterproof boots.
