the most untouched land in California. the best night sky you’ll ever see. ever. so many stars. not kidding. prepare your wishes.
this trip is going to be three sunrises and two sunsets of beachin’ & explorin’ on santa rosa island.
we will be leaving friday at an unreasonable hour to grab a ferry from ventura at 8am. we’ll stop for breakfast buuuuurritos or at a diner for a country breakfast on the way, try not to yak it up on the ferry. we will then backpack to the east side of the island for some beach camping and exploring friday, then head to the north side (lobo canyon) for some more backcountry camping. we’ll send it back to the port to chill and grab the ferry back at 3pm.
sign up for this trip if you enjoy: rad canyons, flopping around in the ocean, golden fields, and witnessing the wonders of the animal kingdom (including but not limited to whales, dolphins, seals, sea turtles, and foxes)
