Start: 04/11/2015 End:04/12/2015
Activity: Hiking/Rock Scrambling/Exploring
It’s April, which means that loads of USC students will be heading out to the desert valleys to go camping, but we’re going to do it better: we’re bringing drones, guitars, firewood, and good vibes to Anza Borrego State Park (and hopefully someone will bring a good portable speaker too?!?), and we’re hoping you can bring something quirky with you too. We’ll be casually car camping and kicking back, so join us in some rock scrambling through slot canyons, explore caves in the badlands, and experience an amazing sunset (maybe sunrise too!) over one the last weekends you can spend in the desert before it gets hotter than hell for the summer.
We’re planning on getting there later in the day on Saturday and taking off midday Sunday so that we can maximize our time there when it’s not super hot out, which will be so nice.
BRING YOUR GO-PRO IF YOU HAVE ONE! This will be a very GoPro-able trip.
Meet: Tro Gro at 1:30
