Cotton and wood— what do those things have in common? Anna, Declan, and you in cotton wood lakes! Come with up with us to see some stellar alpine lakes nestled beautiful grassy mountains! We will send it about 8 miles each day at 10,000ft approximately 3000 ft in elevation gain, but don’t fear there will be happy hiking/backpacking, lots of good food, riddles, and some splashes— just bring a little grit and flexibility.

What to Bring:

• backpacking pack

• sleeping bag

• sleeping pad

• hiking boots (not sneakers)

• mess kit (or utensils and frisbee)

• water!!!! (at least 3L)

• headlamp

• warm layers

• day pack

• fun trail games

• bathing suit???
